2. We believe all that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Magisterium taught in the Catholic Church founded by Jesus Christ upon the rock of the Papacy from the time of Christ up until the year 1958. The Extraordinary Magisterium of the Church is found in the infallible decrees of the Popes and the General Councils in union with the Pope. The Ordinary Magisterium is found in the Catechisms of the Catholic Church, especially the Roman Catechism, also known as the Catechism of the Council of Trent.
4. We believe that the Catholic Church is infallible in her Doctrinal, Disciplinarian, and Liturgical worship, and that the new Novus Ordo church clearly departs from the Doctrines, Discipline, and Liturgy of the true Catholic Church.
5. We believe that there has been a “Great Apostasy,” from the Catholic Faith, by the majority of Catholics, and that this was predicted by Holy Scripture and was inevitable.
8. We believe that the the heretical nature of Vatican II is confirmed by
A) the doctrinal interpretation of Vatican II by Paul the VI and his successors in their decrees, bulls, encyclicals, and catechisms
B) the abominations perpetrated by Paul VI and his successors against the First Commandment of God, in the form of ecumenical ceremonies which constitute false worship, even to pagan deities in some cases;
C) the alteration of the Sacred Liturgy in such a way that the Catholic Mass has been replaced by a Protestant supper service;
E) the promulgation of disciplines, especially the 1983 Code of Canon Law and the Ecumenical Directory, which approve of sacrilege against the Holy Eucharist and the Sacrament of Matrimony, and which demonstrate heresies concerning the unity of the Church;
F) the scandalous mockery made of the Sacrament of Matrimony by the granting of annulments for spurious reasons, constituting an abandonment of the sacred doctrine of the indissolubility of marriage;
G) the fact that Paul VI and his successors are in communion with manifest heretics, have openly declared themselves to be in communion with non-Catholic sects, and have recognized an apostolic mission in schismatic and Lutheran bishops, all of which destroys the unity of faith.
9. We believe that their modernist hierarchy, in their new “Novus Ordo,” church, is stripped of all and every authority.
11. We believe that the lack of action towards fully restoring the Catholic Church (electing a Pope) from the Sedevacantist clergymen manifests a schism towards the Office of the Papacy. By failing to act, and apparently neglecting their duty and responsibility, continuing to show no interest in restoring the Papacy, and in turn restore the Church - they manifest a schism, and it is on these grounds that we have acted. We believe that sedevacantism, in and of itself, is formally heretical. It contradicts the dogma that "Peter will have perpetual successors to the Papacy until the end of time.
12. We believe that when the hierarchy fails to fulfill its duty to provide the Church with its head - the Pope - the duty and responsibility of a Papal election devolves upon the Church in general (this is the UNANIMOUS OPINION OF THE THEOLOGIANS who treat on the matter).
13. We believe that the laity can elect the Pope when all other means fail, because (1) there are no other options (2) it is prudent to act because the alternative is anarchy (3) the 1059 decree of Pope Nicholas II allowing the Laity to Vote in a Papal Election.
14. We believe that in 1990, the remaining faithful Catholic laity rallied and elected a Pope in the United States of America, and this election produced the current Holy Father, H.H. Pope Michael I.
15. We believe that this election is binding on every creature that wishes to be called Catholic. Unam Sanctam at least on subpage.
16. We believe that is necessary for those who wish to return to the Catholic Church to make a formal profession of faith to H.H. Pope Michael I at the Vatican in Exile, in the United States. Contact us to make the professionof faith.
17. We believe that it is essential for all Catholics to engage in Catholic Action.
