SIRI IS A DEAD ISSUE!

With the publication of Hutton Gibson’s latest The War Is Now, number 67 in July of 2006, we can finally lay the Siri claim to the Papacy in the trash.  This claim is promoted by three independent people, Gary Giuffre, David Hobson and Kenneth Gordon.  Hobson reported for a time that Fr. Lawrence Brey supported Siri to this day.  In this report a calumny against Pope Michael was also published.  This has been removed.  We had originally thought that it was at Our insistence, but find that Fr. Brey also wanted the article removed.  Fr. Brey no longer supports Siri and claims to have removed his support almost a decade ago.
And then we come to Tran Van Khoat, a man ordained to the priesthood in Vietnam in 1967,  As such his ordination by a heretical bishop recently returned from Vatican II, his ordination is illicit and he is suspended from the exercise of Holy Orders.
All persons who presume to receive orders from a prelate who has been excommunicated, suspended or interdicted by a declaratory or condemnatory sentence, or from a notorious apostate, heretic or schismatic automatically incur suspensions a divinis reserved to the Apostolic See.  Any person who has been ordained in good faith  by such men, forfeits the right to exercise the order thus received until he obtains dispensation from the prohibition. (Canon 2372)

Tran Van Khoat

What can I do for you Father? Asked Siri?
Khoat replied: I believe that you are the true Pope.
Siri emphatically stated: I am not the Pope.
Khoat responded immediately: But it is known in America that you were elected Pope but were prevented from governing the Church.  I represent many people in the United States who believe you are Pope.
I am not the Pope, the Pope is here in Rome.  I am not the Pope. Replied Siri.
You may not be the Pope de facto (in fact) but de jure (in law), you are the Pope.  Khoat continued.
I am not the Pope.  I met your bishop during the council. Siri replied.  (Question how did Siri know who Khoat's bishop was?  This part ofhte conversation has been omitted.)
According to Gibson this is the report Tran Van Khoat gave on July 22, 1988.  This is an absolute denial of the Papacy by Siri, which should have been sufficient.  So why did Khoat tell people in the fall of 1988 and spring of 1989 that he thought Siri was Pope?
The rest of the interview was added after Siri and the other witness were conveniently dead.
Gibson now reports on May 5, 1989 Tran Van Khoat and Gary Giuffre had a conversation.  This was three days after Siri’s death.
Khoat replied, The 'Old Man' said, 'If anything happens to me, elect a Pope at once.  (Emphasis ours)
How could you and Msgr. Taramasso elect a Pope? Did he name you both cardinals in secret?
Yes  answered Fr. Khoat. ...
Do you have a letter from Siri, naming you as one of his cardinals?
No, he said, But God will show us the way.
Gibson also notes that Khoat’s stories are contradictory.  Giuffre was aware of Khoat’s statement that he was favourable to Marcel Lefebvre’s position on John Paul II.  And yet he ignores this.  On May 25, 1989 I wrote to Gary Giuffre telling him that he was also now without a Pope, that Siri was a dead issue. I told him that he needed to join the Papal Election effort.  In light of the alleged conversation of May 5, why didn’t Giuffre or Khoat inform me of all of this?  Why didn’t Giuffre reply at all?
Let us analyze Khoat’s statement: If anything happens to me, elect a Pope at once. If this statement was from Pope Gregory XVII to his newly appointed Cardinals, why didn’t Khoat follow through?  (Taramasso was also dead at this time.)  At once would seem to indicate faster than the less than a month provided by Papal Election Law.  In fact, given the circumstances, one might expect Pope Gregory to have ordered an immediate election and given Khoat the names and addresses of all the secret cardinalsSo why did Khoat wait over a year to announce the election on June 3, 1990? Why hasn’t Khoat assembled these secret cardinals?  According to the Sirianists, the Papacy has been vacant almost 6,300 days.  Khoat made his announcement shortly after receiving a copy of Will the Catholic Church Survive the Twentieth Century? He and Giuffre knew that the Papal Election was imminent.  Instead of joining the effort, they decided to announce their own election effort, an effort that would never convene.  Actually what they demonstrated was that the Papacy was indeed vacant on July 16, 1990, when six Catholics assembled to elect a Pope despite opposition from many.
Khoat never proceeded further, because the secret cardinals never existed.  He knew this, because Siri told him: I am not Pope.  Khoat used Siri for his own ends, changing his story as needed in order to obtain what he wanted.  In fact in May of 2006 Tran Van Khoat gave a talk in Corpus Christi, Texas.  David Hobson was present and promised on his website to publish the transcript.  And yet no transcript has been forthcoming.  Has Khoat changed his story AGAIN?  Did Khoat finally admit that he made the whole thing up?
There are many more questions on this whole business.  For instance, when Gary Giuffre did the original research, why didn’t he look at 1958?  Why did he report only that Siri was elected in 1963.  Why did the Sirianists want to keep Roncalli as Pope, but dispatch Montini?  Why didn’t anyone address Siri’s participation in the Novus Ordo and his use of the heretical New Rite of Ordination?  So many questions were never even asked.  And yet there are people who still believe in this Pope Gregory XVII
It is time that people realize that on October 9, 1958 the Papacy became vacant.  Despite trouble with the stove, no one was elected Pope on October 26, 1958.  On October 28, 1958 Angelo Roncalli usurped the Papacy unopposed with the blessing of Siri, Ottaviani and the other cardinals that entered the conclave.  By supporting a heretical antipope, these Cardinals tendered their resignation under Canon 188, paragraph 4, which was immediately accepted by law.  This usurpation ushered in Antichrist, who took away the Mass entirely.  Not even the Traditionalists have the Mass, but they have a sacrilege.  Their priests are for the most part invalid, and the older ones are all illegitimate for their acceptance of antipopes John XXIII-II and Paul VI at least for a time.  Many also became heretics for celebrating the Novus Ordo Missae.  They were required to know the essential form of the consecration as set out in the decree de defectibus of Trent.  In fact, recent evidence indicates that Jesus’ words for many were changed to for all prior to the introduction of the Novus Ordo in 1967!
