Ratzinger permits 1962 John XXIII Mass!

Intention in the Consecration in the John XXIII Mass!

Is the 1962 Missal the Tridentine Mass?

When Karol Wojtyla established the commission Ecclesia Dei to prepare for the New Latin Rite soon to be established, he ordered them to use the John XXIII Mass, which later came to be defined as the 1962 Missal.  This Missal consists of several changes from the Missal in use on the day Pope Pius XII died in October, 1958.
On November 13, 1962 the Sacred Congregation of Rites of the Pog Church added Saint Joseph's name to the Communicantes of the Mass.  This is a substantial change of the Mass, which makes the 1962 Missal definitely not the Tridentine Mass.  One may object that the insertion of Saint Joseph is not a major change.  However by the time of Pope Saint Gregory the Great (590-604) the Canon of the Mass had reached the form it holds to this day. Both Quo Primum and Pope Pius XII's extension of Canon 1 of the Oriental Code to the Universal Church militate against any change. The Tridentine Mass is the result of the Council of Trent, which ordered a correction of the liturgical books of the Roman Rite, the Missal, the Pontifical and the Roman Ritual. Over the years after the close of Trent, the Popes supervised these corrections, the Missal being first.  Pope Saint Pius X promulgated the Roman Missal in 1570 with the Bull Quo Primum, which is reinforced by later decrees.
The addition of Saint Joseph to the Canon, though is not recognized by the faithful since that part of the Canon is said silently.  However, the revision of the calendar in 1960 with the decree 'Rubricarum Instructum' is quite noticeable.  (Notice no link to the decree is given as this decree has apparently not been published to the internet, despite being a core decree of the New Latin Rite and of the Lefebvrites.)  One might argue the both Popes Pius XII and Saint Pius X revised the calendar and breviary, during their reigns.  This is indeed true.  The addition, suppression, movement and revision of the feast days is certainly within the jurisdiction of the Roman Pontiff.  Pope Saint Pius X simplified the Breviary so that it would be less of a burden on priests, whose duties were increasing.  A similar motive was behind the revision in 1955 by Pope Pius XII. (It is interesting to note that sede vacantists reject this revision in their judgment of the law.)
Excerpts from the March 23, 1955 decree of the Sacred Congregation of Rites under Pope Pius XII: Whereas priests today, especially those who have the care of souls, are burdened with various new apostolic duties, so that they can scarcely recite the divine Office with the tranquility of mind which it requires, some local Ordinaries have earnestly petitioned the Holy See that some provision be graciously made to meet this difficulty, and at least the copious apparatus of the Rubrics be reduced to a simpler form.  ... In the meantime the pontifical publishers of the liturgical books are to see to it that no change whatever is made in arranging whatever new editions may be made of the Roman Breviary and Missal.
This last statement indicates that the simplification is ongoing in this area.  (Some wrongly conclude that this is true in other areas, such as a revision of the Mass itself, which is certainly not the case.  Read the decrees!)  So it would be logical to conclude that 'Rubricarum Instructum' is simply the end of the process begun prior to 1955, which resulted in the revision of the calendar at that time with a further revision in sight.  The invalidity of the election of Roncalli, though is sufficient to set aside 'Rubricarum Instructum', although there are other reasons to set it aside.
The revision of the calendar under 'Rubricarum Instructum' is discussed on another page, as are the changes in the Pog Calendar. On 14 February, 1961 In order to put the Code of rubrics into practice, tech Supreme Pontiff in the Motu priprio, Rubricarum Instructum, of 25 July, 1960 decreed that "all whose business it is to do so shall as soon as possible see to it that diocesan and religious calendars and Propria be conformed to the rule and spirit of the new revision of the rubrics and calendar, ...  Let us read some other important points from this decree:
11. Let it be a general principle that a Saint or Mystery is to have but one feast.  (Emphasis in the original)
32. Such feasts, which since the Middle Ages have passed from private devotion into the public worship of the Church, have grown too numerous in particular calendars. ...
33. The feast of Saint Philomena, Virgin and Martyr, is to be expunged from all calendars..
35. In preparing or revising the historical lessons of feasts of whatever class, the following should be observed:
36. Historical truth should be attended to not only in the lessons but also in the antiphons, responsories, hymns, and other parts of the Office, if there are any such parts; otherwise those parts should be taken from the Common.  This is the Modernist assertion that some of these lessons are mere legends and not a relation of actual facts.

It should be noted that the prayers ordered by pope Leo XIII to be said after Low Mass were greatly restricted in 1960.

In conclusion the 1962 Missal is not the Tridentine Mass, but a close approximation sufficient to deceive people.
One must ask the question what intention a priest, who accepts the Pog Theology, and celebrates this Mass. Although he uses the correct form of the consecration pro multis as he would if he celebrated the Novus Ordo in Latin, does he intend for many or for all as the Novus Ordo is translated into all vernaculars

Holy Office warning, 24 July, 1958: This Supreme Sacred Congregation has learned that in a certain translation of the New Order of Holy Week into the vernacular, the words "mysterium fidei" in the form of the consecration of the chalice are omitted.  it is also reported that some priests omit these words in the very celebration of Mass.
Therefore this Supreme Congregation gives warning that it is impious to introduce a change in so sacred a matter and to mutilate or alter editions of liturgical books.  (See Canon 1399, paragraph 10)
Bishops therefore, in accordance with the warning of the Holy Office or 14 February, 1958, should see to it that the prescriptions of the sacred canons on divine worship be strictly observed, and they should be closely watchful that no one dare to introduce even tech slightest change in the matter and form of the Sacraments.

Note in the decrees from the Pog Church often captilization is omitted where it should be used.  These are produced exactly as found in official books of the Pog Church.
