DIVINE INTERDICT
Canon 2332 provides: “Universities, colleges, chapters, or other legal bodies, by whatsoever name they may be known, incur an interdict reserved in a special manner to the Apostolic See, for appeal from the laws, decrees, or mandates of the reigning Roman Pontiff to a Ecumenical Council.”
In the past We have defined this appeal from the laws, decrees, or mandates to apply not only to those enacted by the currently reigning Roman Pontiff, but also those laws, decrees or mandates that are in force at the time of the election of the Roman Pontiff, unless he has modified, repealed or otherwise changed or revoked them. Therefore to appeal from the 1917 Code of Canon Law, the Decrees of the Councils of the Church and the various Popes throughout history, and the mandates of the Popes to the perfidious assembly called Vatican II , which was convened for the express purpose of leading each and every Catholic out of the Church and on a straight course to hell, is to incur the censures of Canon 2332.
That not only the Conciliar Church, which accepts the changes of Vatican II together with the perfidious spirit of said heretical assembly, but the Traditionalists appeal to Vatican II and Vatican II theology to justify their violations of Canon Law.
THEREFORE We, in the fullness of Our Apostolic authority declare:
1. The Church as a whole, is a legal body under the provisions of Canon 2332.
2. That as a legal body, by almost unanimous consent and without any objection at the time, the Church on September 11, 1962 began such appeal, concluding the direct appeal with the promulgation of many heretical documents on December 8, 1965, although such appeal continues even to this day.
3. Therefore, under the provisions of Canon 2332, the Church, as a whole, incurred interdict most specially reserved to the Apostolic See.
Today, April 10, 1993, We declare the entire Church to be under interdict!
The results of this interdict are as follows, anything to the contrary not withstanding:
1. All guilty parties of whatever rank or status cannot celebrate divine offices or assist at them. (Canon 2275, paragraph 1)
2. All guilty parties of whatever rank or status are forbidden to administer, confect, or receive the Sacraments and sacraments. (Canon 2260, paragraph 1, 2261, 2275, paragraph 2)
3. All guilty parties are forbidden to make use of the right of election, presentation, or nomination; are incapable of acquiring dignities, offices, benefices, ecclesiastical pensions or any position in the Church. All such actions are invalid. (Canon 2265, 2275, paragraph 3)
4. All guilty persons are deprived of ecclesiastical burial. (Canon 1240, paragraph 1, note 2, 2275, paragraph 4)
5. The administration of the Sacraments and sacramentals are prohibited completely, subject only to the exceptions of this decree. (Canon 2270)
As the saying goes, "the rain falls on the good and the bad", the effects of interdict effect all those under the interdict, that is all those who claim membership in the Church, who are subject to the prohibitions contained above. The provisions of this interdict are in addition to any other censure an individual may have incurred.
Exceptions
1. All those who have made the Profession of Faith, as ordered previously by Ourselves are exempt from the provisions of this interdict, except the provisions of paragraph 5.
2. Only Ourselves and those clerics, who have been absolved and have a valid celebret from Ourselves may administer the Sacraments and sacramentals, in accord with the provisions of 2270 and 2271. Only those who have made the Profession of Faith may receive the Sacraments and sacramentals, or children under the age of 14, who are children of parents who have made said Profession.
3. From this date forward, until the interdict is removed, recourse for absolution is reserved exclusively to Ourselves, who shall determine what needs to be performed in individual cases.
4. Those Bishops, priests and laity, residing in Communist or formerly Communists lands, who have not cooperated with the agents of apostasy, whether the Vatican II Church, or Communism or any other agency, are exempt, until they learn of the interdict. When they learn of the interdict, they must observe it, with the exception of danger of death and infant Baptism, when they may proceed privately. They shall proceed within ninety days to come to Us for canonical visitation, or if they be laymen, to send one of their clerics, or if they have no clergy one of their members on their behalf. A Bishop may come on behalf of the clergy of his diocese, a Pastor of his parishioners, etc. Clergy may send their senior member(s) on their behalf, thus enabling them to pool their resources.
Reception of Converts
Since the Church is always solicitous for the salvation of souls, the following provisions shall be enforced:
1. All those born after October 28, 1959, are considered innocent, as regards the Apostasy and therefore not guilty of any crime. However, the procedure for the reception of Baptized converts from non-Catholic religions shall be observed with the investigation of their Baptism and conditional repetition, if necessary, a course of instruction in the Faith, the Profession of Faith and the absolution from the excommunication for heresy. Children under age 14, need only recite the Apostles Creed, children under 7, only if they are able, otherwise the investigation and rectification of Baptism is sufficient.
2. Those born before said date, shall be considered as possibly guilty, but shall be received with proper Catholic training directed by Ourselves or Our delegate.
3. As concerns marriages, all cases shall be referred to Ourselves for decision and remedy, while matrimonial instructions are given.
4. Those who are clergy in the Vatican II or Traditionalist churches are considered as guilty under Canon 2200, until the contrary is proven, and in ALL cases are ipso facto suspended from all exercise of their Orders, as well as under personal interdict.
Appeal
We are in worse times than Lot saw in Sodom and existed in Ninive. Let us heed the advice of the King of Ninive and fast and pray. Read the book of Jonas, and heed the advice contained therein. As the Apocalypse bids us, " Go out from her my people: that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not her plagues. ", Apocalypse 18:4. Go out now, for this may be the last warning; go out, lest you become hardened in sin. NOW is the acceptable time!
