Clarification on the Cessation and Restoration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Hence St. Bonaventure says that in the Mass God manifest to us all the love that He has borne us, and includes in it, as in a compendium, all His benefits.  On this account the Devil has always endeavored to abolish the Mass throughout the world by means of heretics, making them the precursors of Antichrist who, before all things, will endeavor to abolish, and in fact will, in punishment for the sins of men, succeed in abolishing the Holy Sacrifice of the Altar, according to the prediction of Daniel: “And strength was given him against the continual sacrifice because of sins."  Saint Alphonsus
Present Crisis of the Holy See, Cardinal Manning, 1861 The Holy Fathers who have written upon the subject of Antichrist, and of the prophecies of Daniel, without a single exception, as far as I know,—and they are the Fathers both of the East and of the West, the Greek and the Latin Church —all of them unanimously,—say that in the latter end of the world, during the reign of Antichrist, the holy sacrifice of the altar will cease.
According to Cardinal Manning the Fathers of the Church interpret Sacred Scripture to state that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will cease entirely during the reign of AntichristSince they are in total agreement on this, the Church considers their interpretation infallible. Therefore there will be a time in history, when there are no Masses upon earth that are pleasing to God.  Jesus said: (Matthew 24:21): For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be.  One of the main features of this is the total loss of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
Jesus said: (Matthew 24:21): For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be.  If one reads Jesus’ words carefully, one realizes that this catastrophe ends
All the holy Fathers agree that after the death of antichrist the whole world will be converted, and although some of them assert that the world will last but a few days after his death, while others say a few months, some authorities insist that it will continue to exist many years after.  St. Catherine of Sienna, St. Vincent Ferrer, St. Francis of Paula, and a number of other saints have predicted this ultimate universal conversion. Saint John Eudes, page 319, The Admirable Heart of Mary.  Just as the Fathers of the Church are infallible in stating that the Mass ceases entirely at the time of Antichrist, they are infallible in stating that after the death of Antichrist, the whole world will convert.
Since Giovanni Baptiste Montini, as Antipope Paul VI, replaced the Mass with the pagan Novus Ordo Missae (please see Impostor Popes and Idol Altars), he was Antichrist, for Antichrist takes away the Mass, according to the prophet Daniel.  (Daniel 8:21 et al)  This fact was demonstrated in Will the Catholic Church Survive the Twentieth Century?  Since Montini is dead, we are in the time after his death, when the universal conversion occurs.  Notice the Fathers were not in agreement about the duration, and probably would have been surprised at how long it has taken.  the whole world will be converted, …, some authorities insist that it will continue to exist many years after. Since the universal conversion has not happened, we can reasonably assume that the world will continue to exist many years after this conversion occurs.
In December, 1983 We wrote a letter to Our friends that pointed out that the Traditionalists do not possess jurisdiction, and therefore their ministrations are illegitimate and therefore sacrilegious. Although We did not have some points clear, when We defined Traditionalist We knew that the only solution to the crisis would have to come from the Pope. Traditionalist: any person or group, which seeks to solve the present problems outside the Papacy (i.e.  the laws of the Church)
On September 8, 1987, We received a letter that would change Our life.  Vatican Council (DZ 1825): If anyone then says that it is not from the institution of Christ the Lord Himself, or by divine right that the blessed Peter has perpetual successors in the primacy over the universal Church, or that the Roman Pontiff is not the successor of the blessed Peter in the same primacy, let him be anathema.  The moment We read this quote We were convinced of several things.  First of all that there would again be a Pope in the Chair of Peter, for to deny this is to deny doctrine, which is heresy.  Secondly, it was Our duty to do all in Our power to bring about this event.  We knew that one cannot rely on the Traditionalists, who have sought a false solution, becoming simply another non-catholic sect no different and sometimes worse than their Orthodox and old-catholic counterparts. (We shall discuss this in a little more detail later, and separately at a later time to clarify points, as there are many.)  Finally We also realized that the priesthood had to endure and be restored.  How all of this would be accomplished We did not know, but We were certain that it would be accomplished in a manner pleasing to God.
Apocalypse 12:1-2: And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.   And being with child, she cried travailing in birth: and was in pain to be delivered.  Rev. Kramer in his commentary on the Apocalypse on Verse 2: If Satan would contrive to hinder a papal election, the Church would suffer great travail.  Commenting on verse 3 he continues: Satan knows how extensively an interregnum in the papacy would favor his success in recovering his ancient lordship over the world.  He then refers us to: For the mystery of iniquity already worketh: only that he who now holdeth do hold, until he be taken out of the way.  (II Thessalonians 2:7)
There is not space here to go into Apocalypse 12.  We shall simply state that it appears to be a history of the Church from the time of the usurpation by Roncalli in October, 1958 until a time in the future.
Return to me, and I will return. to you, saith the Lord of hosts. And you have said: Wherein shall we return? Malachias 3:7.  We must make the step back to God and then He returns to us.  Again there are many things, which there is no space to insert here.  These matters are discussed in many places, and therefore We are justified in presuming you have access to this information.  We remind you that Jesus told all of us in these times to read and understand. (Matthew 24:15)  All of us are required to put a large effort towards acquiring a thorough knowledge of the truth!

They shall not partake of holy things, until a high priest shall arise for evidence and truth.

The above quote is from the Offertory for the Mass for the Election of a Pope.  Pope Boniface the VIII emphasized in Unam Sanctam: Indeed we declare, say, pronounce, and define that it is altogether necessary to salvation for every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff. When one combines this with the Vatican Council’s infallible decree in 1870 and the Oath Against the Errors of Modernism, one sees that the solution truly must come from the Papacy.  Thirdly, likewise, with a firm faith I believe that the Church, guardian and mistress of the revealed word, was instituted proximately and directly by the true and historical Christ Himself, while he sojourned among us, and that the same was built upon Peter, the chief of the apostolic hierarchy, and his successors until the end of timeOath Against the Errors of Modernism (DZ 2145)

Between the porch and the altar the priests the Lord's ministers shall weep, and shall say: Spare, O Lord, spare thy people: and give not thy inheritance to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them. Why should they say among the nations: Where is their God? Joel 2:17

With the election on July 16, 1990, We, as Vicar of Christ and Successor of Saint Peter, found Ourself possessing the fullness of jurisdiction, but not priestly and episcopal orders.  Pope Pius XII on October 5, 1957 in an audience on the lay apostolate confirmed: Even if a layman were elected pope, he could accept the election only if he were fit to be ordained.  But the power to teach and govern, as well as the divine gift of infallibility, would be granted to him from the very moment he accepted election, even before his ordination. Pope Pius XII is merely confirming almost two millennia of catholic Church teaching, law and tradition, that the moment a Catholic man accepts the Papal Election he immediately becomes Pope with all of the authority of the Papacy.
Saint Thomas Aquinas teaches: In the first way, three sacraments are necessary for salvation. Two of them are necessary to the individual; Baptism, simply and absolutely; Penance, in the case of mortal sin committed after Baptism; while the sacrament of order is necessary to the Church, since "where there is no governor the people shall fall" (Proverbs 11:14)   (Summa III Q 64 A4)
There is an important distinction here that many simply do not understand.  Proverbs 11:14: where there is no governor the people shall fall.  A governor has authority over a portion of the people, just as a Bishop has authority over the diocese committed to him by the Pope.
Pope Pius XII states:  By virtue of God’s Will, the faithful are divided into two classes; the clergy and laity.  By virtue of the same Will is established the twofold sacred hierarchy, namely, of orders and jurisdiction.  Besides-as has also been divinely established-the power of orders (through which the ecclesiastical hierarchy is composed of Bishops, priests, and ministers) comes from receiving the Sacrament of Holy Orders.  But the power of jurisdiction, which is conferred upon the Supreme Pontiff directly by divine rights, flows to the Bishops by the same right, but only through the Successors of Saint Peter, to whom not only the simple faithful, but even all the Bishops must be constantly subject, and to whom they must be bound by obedience with the bond of unity.  (Ad Sinarum gentem, Feast of the Most Holy Rosary, October 7, 1954, paragraph 12)
My people have been silent, because they had no knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will reject thee, that thou shalt not do the office of priesthood to me: and thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I also will forget thy children. (Osee 4:6)  This is exactly what happened to the Bishops and priests in the 1960’s.  It is absolutely certain that a man who has been validly ordained to the priesthood retains the ability to celebrate the Mass, and a man who has been validly consecrated as a bishop retains the ability to validly ordain. However, they do not proceed legitimately and therefore their Mass is not pleasing to God.  Pope Pius IX states: He who abandons this See cannot hope to remain within the Church; he who eats the Lamb outside it has no part with God.
All persons who presume to receive orders from a prelate who has been excommunicated, suspended or interdicted by a declaratory or condemnatory sentence, or from a notorious apostate, heretic or schismatic automatically incur suspensions a divinis reserved to the Apostolic See.  Any person who has been ordained in good faith  by such men, forfeits the right to exercise the order thus received until he obtains dispensation from the prohibition. (Canon 2372)
There is a difference between a lax priest or bishop who happily accepted all of the changes without objection and went into the Pog (People of God) Church founded by Montini on the Spirit of Vatican II, and those who have been raised outside of the Church.  The Church has always been lenient in reconciling the Orthodox who have been raised for centuries in schism, and yet in ignorance.  The Church has been more cautious in the case of the Old-Catholics, for some sects have altered the Rites of the Church.  In the case of the Traditionalists we must distinguish between the first generation Traditionalists and their offspring.  Those who left the Novus Ordo in the early ‘70’s in order to join Traditionalism should have been able to determine by now that Traditionalism is nothing but another non-Catholic sect.  Having an appearance indeed of godliness but denying the power thereof. Now these avoid. (II Timothy 3:5)  A priest, who saw the Novus Ordo and ran away at once should be praised, but he should have also known that he could not function in the manner of Traditionalists.  This ignorance is inexcusable in a priest who had been legitimately ordained prior to 1958.
Prior to the July 16, 1990 election many people recommended looking for a Thuc-line bishop to ordain and consecrate the new Pope, if this was needed.  At that time few realized the probability that Bishop Ngo-Dihn Thuc had used the New Rite of Episcopal Consecration of the Pog church to consecrate the bishops in 1981.  Also Bishop Thuc had apparently consecrated bishops in order to preserve the episcopacy until a Pope could be elected.  Given his advanced age, this reasoning appeared sound.  However, since the consecrations were objectively illegitimate, these bishops could not function until a Pope declared otherwise.  Of course, this decision would be left in the hands of the Pope elected, and his decision could not be anticipated.  It was most likely the Pope would have to reconcile the bishop with the Church and then remove the irregularity for any heresy held, even if only materially, because of the confusion of the prior three decades.  All of the Thuc-line bishops were contacted, yet none responded.
The laity has the right to receive from the clergy the spiritual goods and especially the necessary means of salvation, according to the rule of ecclesiastical discipline.  (Canon 682)  Since submission to the Pope is necessary for salvation, the laity have an absolute right to have a Pope to submit to.  The laity exercised their right, when the clergy failed, by electing a Pope on July 16, 1990.
For the past 16 years, We have been looking for a Bishop.  We considered two possible sources. Popes Pius XI and Pius XII sent Bishops into Russia and China with special faculties to consecrate their successors, because of the impossibility of having contact with Rome.  This is fully within the authority of the Pope, and thus the successors to these Bishops would be legitimate Catholic Bishops.  A second possibility is to reconcile an illegitimate Bishop with the Church.  As Pope, this is also fully within Our authority and in the past Popes have not only reconciled illegitimate priests and bishops, but in some cases have permitted them the full function as a priest or bishop as the case may be.  Any person who has been ordained in good faith  by such men, forfeits the right to exercise the order thus received until he obtains dispensation from the prohibition. (Canon 2372)  This dispensation is reserved exclusively to the Pope.  Since We can reconcile a Bishop, we may receive the Sacraments from him, including Holy Orders.  We considered it more likely to reconcile a good faith Bishop, than one in obvious bad faith.  Given the confusion of the past almost half a century, we consider many are in good faith, fulfilling Jesus’ prophecy that even the elect will be deceived.  (Matthew 24:24)  And these can be numbered not only among the laity, but also among the priests and bishops.  And this is where We have looked and have indeed found a Bishop!  May God be praised.
Apocalypse 12:10-11: And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: Now is come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ: because the accuser of our brethren is cast forth, who accused them before our God day and night.  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of the testimony: and they loved not their lives unto death. It is Our opinion that this is where we are at today with the imminent restoration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
To have had legitimacy, those who eventually became the Traditionalists should have followed a different course.  In the early ‘70’s the clergy who had been legitimately ordained should have assembled, determined the full extent of the problem and proceeded to elect a Pope who could set everything in proper order.  But the Episcopal order is rightly judged to be in communion with Peter, as Christ commanded, if it be subject to and obeys Peter; otherwise it necessarily becomes a lawless and disorderly crowd., Satis Cognitum of Pope Leo XIII. Indeed, this is Traditionalism with its myriad of heresies concerning the Papacy with Bishops to supply fruitless sacraments to their adherents.  Saint Jerome reminds us: whoever eats the lamb outside of this house is an impious person. Whoever is not in Noah's ark will perish in the flood.
We pray this clarifies matters.

Pope Michael
August 19, 2006, Feast of Saint John Eudes, who fought the Traditionalists of his day, the Jansenists.  The Breviary also tells us that with Divine assistance he is the author of devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
