ANNOUNCEMENT

Two millennia ago, the Angel Gabriel came to the Blessed Virgin Mary and made the announcement of the beginning of our Salvation, the coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah in the flesh.  With Her fiat (Let it be done to me according to thy word.) our salvation began.  Jesus founded a Church with a mission to go and teach all nations (Matthew 28:19), which mission carries on to today.  The Enemy, which Saint Paul calls The Mystery of Iniquity has worked for over seven millennia, since the time of Creation for the damnation of all men.  (II Thessalonians 2:7)  In 1958, the Mystery of Iniquity was able to usurp the Papacy unopposed, thus fulfilling the prophesy of II Thessalonians 2. (2:3-6)  This started the Great Apostasy. Which has led to the fulfillment of our Lord Jesus Christ's prophecy that even the elect shall be deceived.  (Matthew 24:24)
The cure for deception is shining the light of the truth, and in these times, the Truths of the Catholic Faith.  It is only through learning, knowing, loving and practicing these life-giving truths can we hope to obtain salvation.  How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not believed? Or how shall they believe Him of Whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? (Romans 10-14)  And it is our duty, as the successor of Saint Peter to send preachers, but this cannot be done until they are first educated in the Catholic Faith.
And so today, the Feast of the Annunciation, We, as the Successor of Saint Peter, announce the foundation of a seminary to train these preachers.  In cases of necessity where faith is in danger, every one is bound to proclaim his faith to others, Saint Thomas Aquinas (II-II Q3 A2 ad 2) Because of this, the first stage of this seminary shall be open to all, to be trained as Catechists, able to teach this Faith to all men.  Throughout history the clergy have been helped by the laity, and especially in times of crisis.  And what crisis can be worse, when a Church that once numbered a half a billion souls is reduced to a mere handful so small that a child can name them.  (Isaias 10:19)  But we are assured by the unanimous opinion of the Fathers of the Church that the Church shall rise from this crisis triumphant.
This triumph must begin somewhere, and this is why We are using all the means God has placed at Our disposal to begin this awesome work, trusting not in Our abilities, but in the grace of God to bring about the success.
God has placed the Internet at Our disposal and we shall be principally using modern technology to teach by way of email and website.  However, lack of these tools will not prevent one from undertaking this study.  We shall use whatever means We have available to provide all with the materials to learn the Catholic Faith thoroughly and completely from the Sources the Church recommends.  The principle source for Catechist training shall be The Catechism of the Council Trent, which this holy Council ordered to be prepared for just this purpose.  This Catechism shall be supplemented from other sources, as need to address the issues of the day.  These shall principally be Sacred Scripture, the Councils of the Church and the declarations of the Popes, whether by Bull, Decree or Encyclical.  The writings of the Saints, especially the Fathers and the Doctors of the Church shall also be used where appropriate.
Because We cannot currently personally teach (although We pray this shall soon become possible), We shall require Catechists and Seminarians to pursue this course on a home-school basis, directed by Ourself, as Pope.  We shall be working out the details and hope to begin issuing courses by Ember Week in September, if not sooner.  Much of the work is simply assembling the various sources and providing the lesson plan, as We are relying not on Ourself, but two millennia of Catholic Church teachings.
All Catholics should take this course, if only for their own edification and the teaching of their families.  An hour each Lord's Day should be devoted to this holy study, as a minimum, as directed by both Pope Saint Pius X and later by Pope Pius XI.  This will greatly enable us to truly Keep Holy the Sabbath Day, as we are commanded in the Third Commandment of God, since we are unable to assist at Mass in this time, when the Sacrifice has failed.  (Daniel 9:27 et al)
Anyone that can assist is invited to do so as the Catholic Action required by those who truly wish to be Catholics in this day and age.  Catholic Action is the participation of the laity in the work of the Church, the mission to go and teach all nations.  (Matthew 28:19)  But before we can teach, we must first learn.  Missionaries and other priests have learned, either directly from their Bishop or their pastor, or in seminaries, as directed by the Council of Trent.  We assist in many ways this work of the Church, but especially by learning the Catholic Faith and conforming our life to the teachings of this holy Faith.  The next form of support is daily prayer for this project.  Remember Saint Teresa of Lisieux was named Patroness of the Missions, although she never saw a native.  She helped the missions by prayer.  True, in this time, we will have to follow the example of Saint Bernard, who left the comfort of his monastery to defend Pope Innocent XI from The Enemy's attempt to place an antichrist on the Papal Throne, Anacletus II.
The harvest is great, but the laborers are none.  (Paraphrase of Matthew 9:37)  Today as Vicar of Christ, We are calling for those who may have a vocation to be a priest or a catechist to come forward and begin preparing for this work.  Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth labourers into his harvest.  We pray that God will enlighten the hearts of many to undertake this calling.
We ask all to pray for the success of this most important project.  There are over six billion souls that need to hear the truths of salvation, and we cannot delay in bringing them these truths!  We look forward to hearing from all of you on this.  Please contact Us at:
